Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Upzyne (Infusyx Services Private Limited), we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide the best possible experience with our CRM and education lead management services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed.

1. Subscription & Payments

  • All payments for subscription plans are billed in advance as per the selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
  • Fees paid are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in this policy or required by law.

2. Free Trial

  • If you are on a free trial, no charges will be applied until the trial period ends.
  • You may cancel anytime during the trial period to avoid being billed.

3. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@upzyne.com.
  • Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No partial or pro-rata refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.

4. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same billing cycle due to a technical error.
  • Service Unavailability: If the Platform remains inaccessible to you for more than 72 consecutive hours due to issues attributable to Upzyne.
  • Regulatory/Legal Compliance: If required by applicable laws.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • AI token purchases, promotional credits, or one-time setup/customization fees are non-refundable.
  • Any third-party service fees (e.g., payment gateway charges, integration costs) are non-refundable.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of the disputed charge, providing the following details:

  • Registered email ID
  • Transaction ID / Invoice number
  • Reason for the refund request

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on our website and app with the effective date.
