By using the Upzyne app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to certain services or features.

You acknowledge and agree that checking the "I Agree" box during onboarding, registration, or installation constitutes your legally binding electronic signature and acceptance of these Terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree not to use the application for any unlawful, unauthorized, or unethical purposes.

You must seek approval from your employer or authorized admin before using the Upzyne app in a business or work environment.

Any misuse of the application may lead to disciplinary action, suspension, or legal consequences.

To deliver seamless performance and smart functionality, the Upzyne mobile application requires access to the following device-level data:

Upzyne may display limited third-party advertisements within the mobile application to support basic (free-tier) usage. Ads are chosen to be relevant, minimal, and non-intrusive.

Users may disable advertisements by upgrading to a paid or enterprise plan, where applicable.

All personal and business information collected through the app is used to:

• Enhance performance, features, and personalization.
• Improve lead management and automation workflows.
• Generate meaningful insights and business intelligence.
• Enable seamless collaboration among teams.

Your data is stored securely and managed according to Upzyne's Privacy Policy and industry best practices.

Upzyne reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate user access for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or misuse the app.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Breach of data usage or system security policies.
• Legal compliance requests or internal policy enforcement.

Users may request account termination by emailing our support team.

All content, designs, technology, brand assets, and software components of Upzyne are the intellectual property of Infusyx Services. Any reproduction, modification, or redistribution of content or functionality without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Use of the Upzyne brand, logos, or code base without authorization will result in legal action.

Upzyne shall not be held liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data caused by user negligence, system failures, or third-party integrations.
• Delays or inability to access the service.
• Incorrect information resulting from user error.

All features and tools are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

Upzyne may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification or registered email.

Continued use of the application after such changes constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be finally and exclusively settled in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

Such arbitration shall be held in Dubai, and the language of the proceedings shall be English. The award rendered in any arbitration commenced hereunder shall be final and conclusive, and enforcement thereof may be entered in any court or authority having jurisdiction for its enforcement.
